Iben Cocker has been head chef at the award winning restaurant for 25 years, supported by head chefs Stuart and Tony, continue to produce food with an enviable reputation.
We continue to upgrade our hotel. 2011 has already seen a full refurbishment of the swimming pool, most corridors and many rooms, we aim to complete all rooms before the end of the year.
