Starters

Fresh salmon flaked with creamy horseradish served layered with crisp salad leaves

Laab Nua – strips of fillet stir fried with Thai spices and served on angel hair noodles drizzled with sweet chilli sauce

Fans of honeydew melon garnished with mixed berries and strawberry coulis

Blended mushroom, Tarragon and cream cheese pate served with warm toast

Pan fried pheasant breast with sautéed cabbage and smoked bacon moated with redcurrant and red wine sauce

Oven roasted chicken breast stuffed with Mozzarella wrapped in bacon served with a roast tomato and garlic sauce and pesto

Oven baked pork fillet topped with red onion, pear and apple chutney glazed with soft creamy goat’s cheese

Pan fried fillet of sea bass with crab and lemon stuffing served with a smoked salmon, tomato and cucumber salsa

Oven roasted cod fillet served on buttered spinach and a creamy Champagne and safron sauce

Thai yellow curry with a medley of vegetables finished with coconut and lime served with a tower of steamed rice
