Chicken breast filled with buffalo mozzarella and basil, wrapped in Parma ham and drizzled with pesto sauce** contains nuts
Beef Bourguignon our version of the classic French casserole with tender pieces of prime steak and mushrooms cooked in a rich red wine and herb gravy served with toasted almond rice
Pan fried pork fillet marinated in teriyaki served with sauted onions and mushrooms and a soy and ginger reduction
Pan seared tuna loin with lemon grass and chilli risotto and coriander dressing
Grilled fillet of Scottish salmon served on buttered spinach with a delicate white wine sauce
Lentil and kidney bean sausages flavoured with smoked paprika served on a pool of cheese and chive sauce
Chefs special beef Wellington fillet of beef sat on spinach, topped with mushroom pate, wrapped in puff pastry and served on a pool of red wine sauce (£3.00 extra)
